I am the chef/owner of Erica's Kitchen, located in the historical district of Bedford Village NY. It is a cafe/market space full of good, clean, local food, created with love and inspired by what each season and the artisanal producers throughout the Hudson Valley region and beyond have to offer. Food produced sustainably is my love, feeding people and providing them with a moment of pleasure is my passion. My goal each day is to live and create from the heart.
