This is one of my favorite dishes to prepare. It showcases John Boy's very happy and delicious chicken legs, slowly simmered with aromatic vegetables, capers, white wine, lemon, olives and fresh herbs...among other things :-)
I am the chef/owner of Erica's Kitchen, located in the historical district of Bedford Village NY. It is a cafe/market space full of good, clean, local food, created with love and inspired by what each season and the artisanal producers throughout the Hudson Valley region and beyond have to offer.
